Of course, it's exactly what you say :) I tried Xchat with gtkspell support and it works well. You can right-click on misspelled word and correct it. By the way, Turkish translation (the menu when you right-click on misspelled word) is upstreamed. The next thing will be compiling packages that support gtkspell with gtkspell option enabled.
