- pspec.xml does not have a description entry

- How about the patches I have attached to the mail ? They mostly fix the 
hacks done in actions.py

 This is totally wrong, you should use autotools.auto* for this task. I guess 
this package needs autoreconf

 Also, you asked for review for pardus 2008 but there is no aclocal-1.6 in 
2008, have you really tried this package on 2008 ?

 Seriously, WTF ??!?? This is utterly unacceptable

 Package creates static libs and no shared libs
