I've checked the patches for kdelibs and the patches listed below can be 
added. I'm not going to add others (in kdelibs, I'm not talking about other 
packages) unless you mention a special need for them.

kdelibs-set-kio-paste-default-to-utf8.patch
kdelibs-kio-job-chinese.patch

I'll test them as soon as possible. ftp.kde.org seems to be down, so I can't 
get the sources now :(.
