I think that's a good idea.

Stable repo. is currently 4.4GB so im not sure giving whole repo. into DVD is
a good idea :P

Currently (at least for 2007) we/I didn't want to add another DE into stable
repository. It'll add an extra maintainence cost and all of the full-time
devs are KDEish people. So currently full-time ones are not capable of
solving problems in XFCE/adding more options/replying bug reports etc :(.
I think best way to support another DE in -stable repo is to keep it into
contrib for some time to make sure its problemless, stabilize it,
learn/support/contribute it and merge after that cycle :)

You are a _Pardus developer_, which means you are always welcome and you have
