Hi there,

Try the dutch superfast mirrors on both the repositories as the live and
install iso (rsynced):

   - http://ftp.surfnet.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pardus/
   - http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pardus/



   - http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pardusrepo/
