[Pardus-devel] pt_BR Translations

Hi Pardus users!

I've finally finished translating the .pot files listed on [1] and also
readed the New Developer's Guide [2].
So, I'm sending the translations as an anexed .tar.gz file and requesting
the necessary steps, beyond [2], to become a new developer. I hope these and
future translations bring new brazilian users to Pardus. My references on
Pardus Community are Ümran, Ali and Görkem and I want to thank them for
supporting me on such task.
