I think even this is superfluous. It is clear from the <License> tag that this
is a free software (and since we mostly distribute free software anyway, it
is the non-free ones which need special notices), so something like:
<Summary>ANSI Common Lisp compiler and runtime</Summary>
is enough. Summary should be short and concise, as it is usually displayed
right next to the program name in a list. Think of it as a menu entry instead
of a formal description.
