Ah, i found the problem you are not subscribed to list and that list 
configured to drop all incoming mails for outsiders.

But paketler mailing list is currently in Turkish so if you start to getting 
mails from there you will be spammed :))

I think we can use pardus-devel also for review purposes or we can create a 
new mailing list (like packages at pardus.org.tr), any objection/suggestion 
etc.?
