- actions.py has mixes '/", i prefer " :)

- no need to pisitools.dodir call, pisitools.insinto automatically creates if 
destination is not exists

- Why we are exporting NLTK_CORPORA at the end of the install function?

- pspec.xml has mixed tab/space,

- Python as runtimeDep is not needed,

Other than these, OK for me...
