When a new package is prepared (even if the packager has a svn
account), there's a review process where at least two other developers
look at your package and give an ack for it. For English-speaking
developers this list, for Turkish-speaking developers
paketler at pardus.org.tr list is used for the review process. After that,
the package is committed.

So, this list is your best way to go :)
