Like Doruk said, you might be able to find gcc 4.3 porting patches in other
distros or in upstream resources, like their bug tracking system, mailing
list, versioning repositories (svn, cvs, git etc.), their IRC channel etc.
You can ask upstream for a fix too.
If you check all these places and can't find anything, you can do the porting
yourself with the help of GCC's guidelines [1]
If all fails, which is very unlikely :), you can ask for help from other
Pardus developers as well.

I don't think abandoning a package at the time of a small problem is a good
idea. Since this is the Open Source, you will find help somehow and fix it,
just use the resources I have written above :)
The same goes for all the other packages you have removed from repo, unless
there is a strong necessity to remove a package, I think the package should
stay in repositories.
