[Pardus-translation-ca] Pre-release translations

Hi all,

I suppose you all know that it's Pardus 2008 time. If you have been
following, you also know that we will start using PolicyKit starting
with Pardus 2008 (which also brings a whole bunch of COMAR and Tasma
changes). Guess what: we need those messages translated ;)

OK, here is the thing:
