[Pardus-translation-de] Another release

Hi

There'll be another release on Wednesday due to a bug in release related 
to Dutch and German. Please update your translations where necessary 
(see www.pardus.org.tr/eng/projects/translation/starting-translation.html).

Moreover, the German language team lead may need to write the Pardus 
release notes here: http://svn.pardus.org.tr/uludag/trunk/CD-image. I've 
modified Pardus Release Notes to reflect 1.1 -> 2007 name changes, no 
need to waste your time here.
