[Pardus-translators] A few more untranslated strings with YALI

Hi

As you can see below, there are a few strings popping up right before 
2007.2 release. This is because

a) YALI now checks whether there's an administrative user defined or 
not, and if none defined, warns the user.
b) GRUB installation screen is modified a bit and wordings are amended.

If you have some time this night, you are kindly asked to update the po 
files until 10:00 tomorrow. :-)
