[Stable] [merge] system/base/mkinitramfs

  - Support LABEL in grub parameters
  - probe rootfs type and install necessary kernel module
  - detect kernel version above 2.6.18 and make necessary changes
  - bootsplash support
  - fix s8x module inclusion
  - do not use static tempfiles, use mktemp instead
  - cleanup the code and some cosmetics
