- sha1sum check is performed on cached .pisi packages before deciding to fetch.
Sometimes .pisi packages seems to be fetched but corrupted or as some html page.

- no-same-owner parameter is used while extracting any tar source. This option 
is not used while extracting in install phase as in no-same-permission

- uid, gid, mode info added to files.xml. Later these infos will come in handy 
in many ways. (user mode builds, check integrity, searching...)

- actionsapi fixes (caglar)

- system.base packages has to be installed/upgraded or configured before any
other package in that operation. This was broken since pisi-1.1_beta8.

- cli color changes (caglar)
