* Comarinterface fixes for bare exceptions. (gurer)

* whitespace fixes in all pisi code.

* pisi.ui.notify - installing, removing changes reverted for YALI.

* other notification changes for package-manager.

* cached_size and total_size info calculated previous to upgrade and install.
  This is currently used by package-manager to calculate the _actual_ download
  size.

* get_union_packages added to get a component's packages of all repos united.
  Also this can be recursive.

* get_union_comp fixed. This should not return recursive package info in component
  object. This should only return that component object and _it's_ packages in its
  member.

* default repo is changed from pardus-1-test to pardus-1.1
